Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property bearing Plot.No.2205, Door No.6, AF Block, 7th Street, 11th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 040, measuring an extent of 1 Ground and 975 Sq.ft., comprised in T.S.No.45, Block No.18 of Koyambedu Village and T.S.No.71, Block No.9A of Naduvarakkarai Village, Aminjikarai Taluk, Chennai District, in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property bearing Plot.No.2205, Door No.6, AF Block, 7th Street, 11th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 040, measuring an extent of 1 Ground and 975 Sq.ft., comprised in T.S.No.45, Block No.18 of Koyambedu Village and T.S.No.71, Block No.9A of Naduvarakkarai Village, Aminjikarai Taluk, Chennai District, in accordance with law.

2.Ms.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, first respondent herein. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021.
