(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) These appeals are filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, aggrieved by the common order in WP Nos.28346 and 28342 of 2018 dated 15.09.2025.

2. In the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in National Highways Authority of India vs. Tarsem Singh and others, (Review Petition (Civil) No.2528 of 2025, dated 25.03.2026) nothing survives for adjudication in these appeals.
