(REF.CRIME NO RC.NO.MA1-2013 A-0013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the trial court on the first working day of once in three months at 10.00 a.m., imposed in Crl.MP.No.16590/2018 in C.A.No.454/2018 dated 07.12.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16590 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.454 of 2018 dated 07.12.2018.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16590 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.454 of 2018 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai once in six months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
