ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the respondents 7 and 8 on the burial ground in S.No.43/2 to an extent of 2 acre 7 cents at Chinna Seeragapadi Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the encroachment has been removed. He has also filed a memo to that effect and the same is taken on record.
