A.Nos.536 and 537 of 2021 in C.S.No.36 of 2007 P.T. ASHA, J, These applications are filed by the applicants to bring on record as legal heirs of the deceased sole plaintiff as plaintiffs 2 to 6 and to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole plaintiff B.Rajkumar.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the applications being allowed.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reason has been given in the applications, these Applications are allowed. The plaintiffs shall carry out the necessary amendment in the bundle and file an amended copy on or before 01.03.2021.
