2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.144 of 2012 has been closed as 'mistake of fact'. She has also produced the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) No.35 of 2019 filed before the concerned court on 23.07.2019.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
