PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction directing the learned District Munsif, Avanashi to expeditiously dispose of the I.A.No.985 of 2018 in O.S.No.150 of 2018 within time frame.

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.985 of 2018 within a time frame.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents herein are trying to drag on the proceedings, as they do not have any case on merits. As such, this Court may direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of the interim application within a time limit.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Avanashi to expeditiously dispose of the interim application in I.A.No.985 of 2018 in O.S.No.150 of 2018, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
