The secured creditor, EPF Authority and workmen, all make a claim for the sale proceeds from the sale of an asset brought to sale by the secured creditor. It is submitted on behalf of the secured creditor that the question of priorities as between the secured creditor and the EPF Authority is pending adjudication before the first Bench. The determination of such question would have a material bearing on this application.
