The application filed by the original plaintiff for releasing the amount deposited in this appeal cannot be disputed, as even the appeal stands dismissed and the order has become final.

We may however note that the application has been filed by one of the four legal representatives - Thara Masthan who was the wife, for herself and on behalf of her three children. However, no objection certificate has not been filed on behalf of the other legal representatives. We are, thus, of the view that if the petitioner wants the amount to be released exclusively in her favour, appropriate no objection certificate may be filed from the other legal representatives for the said purpose.
