ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.555 of 2023 on the file of Inspector of Police, T-7, Tank Factory Police Station, Avadi.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and the draft final report is also ready to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. A copy of the draft final report was also placed before this Court. 3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted by this Court. If ultimately, final report is taken on file, summons is issued to the petitioners and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
