ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of all proceedings in S.T.C.No.712 of 2015, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore to any other Court. 2.The transfer petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the petitioner is facing threat from the respondent and he is being forced to settle the matter with the respondent. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the trial has already commenced and P.W.1 has been cross examined in part.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings at this stage. It is seen that this Court did not grant any stay of proceedings in the year 2015. That apart, the case is now at the stage of trial.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.712 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
