(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. There is no representation for the 2nd respondent/caveator.

3. Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing the 1st respondent submitted that she has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
