(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Revathi @ Shivani, aged about 17 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/father of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she is willing to go along with her father/the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
