O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to file an F.I.R. within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the TANPID, Coimbatore, against six accused persons for an ofence under Section 120 (B), 406, 420 IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act, 1997. The learned counsel further submitted that there are 385 depositors, who were not settled a total sum of Rs.14,85,09,189/-. The learned counsel submitted that the Court below is yet to take cognizance of the final report. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the final report has already been filed before the concerned Court, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, TANPID, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore, to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed further in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
