C.M.P.Nos.715 and 716 of 2022 in A.S.No.74 of 2006 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

Learned counsel for the appellant reports that the third respondent Rupavathi, who was the guardian for the minor respondents 4 to 6 has expired, pending appeal and meanwhile, the minors have also attained majority. Therefore C.M.P.Nos.715 and 716 of 2022 filed to discharge the third respondent from the guardianship and to declare the respondents 4 to 6 as major.

2.In view of the fact that the guardian has already expired, no order is required in C.M.P.No.715 of 2022.

3. Insofar as CMP No.716 of 2022, the respondents 4 to 6 are declared as majors and this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file clean copy of the memorandum of grounds. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

VRI 4.It is also reported that the deceased third respondent has already been represented by her legal representatives and there is no necessity to take any further action on the demise of the third respondent and the same is recorded.
