ORDER

This petition has been filed against the order passed by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet dismissing the application filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard Mr.Ashok K Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Magistrate took into consideration the fact that the incident is of the year 1992 and the application came to be filed in the year 2022. In view of the same, the application was rejected. This Court does not find any illegality in the order passed by the learned Magistrate.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 22.08.2023 Index : yes/no Speaking order/Non-speaking order : yes/no 2/4
