JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 2.8.2007 passed in A.S.No.215 of 2006 on the file of the First Additional City Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and also the decree and judgment dated 19.11.2004 passed in O.S.No.2279 of 2003 on the file of the First Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. On 27.06.2025, this Court has made the following observations: "The matter had been adjourned from 06.01.2023 for notice to R2 to R5. Steps have not been taken. Affidavit of Service have not been filed. The appeal has already been dismissed as abated against R1. Post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.07.2025."

3. Again there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Steps have not been taken against R2 to R5. Hence, this Second Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
