JUDGMENT
When the matter was called on 20.7.2015, it was represented that the matter was settled before Lokadalat and therefore, this Court observed no further order is necessary. 2.
However, the matter is brought before this Court for clarification stating that the matter is yet to be settled before Lokadalat.

A Joint Memo of Compromise signed by the claimant as well as Insurance Company and counter signed by the learned counsel on sides stating that the parties agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.75,000/- with interest at 7.5% per annum with proportionate costs.

Recording the above memo of compromise, the C.M.A.No.1136 of 2015 is disposed of. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 22.7.2015 shall form part of this order.
