Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant is appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing and made submission as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, could not be traced.
2. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
