ORDER

This Court by an order dated 22.11.2019 had disposed of Writ Petition No.32620 of 2019, directing the respondent to implement the proceedings dated 13.11.2019 and the relieving order dated 14.11.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said order. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order has been complied with and he produced the copy of Memorandum NO.68678/A1/A12/2019-2, dated 12.02.2020, issued by the Secretary (Addl.Charge) before this Court. The said letter is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this 2/5

contempt petition stands closed.
