O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing e/f/vz;/7612m3-2022 dated 01.08.2024 and submitted that they have complied with the order passed by this Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the gratuity amount payable to the petitioner is not yet paid. However, from the material placed before this Court, it is seen that the respondents have already initiated proceedings for the payment of Gratuity, which is payable to the petitioner through proceedings bearing No.3809/A3/2023 dated 24.05.2023.

2. In view of the same and also taking into consideration the fact that the matter is pending for consideration in W.A.No.2127 of 2024 filed against the order passed in W.P.No.6744 of 2020 dated 06.10.2023, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the contempt proceedings.
