ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 2nd respondent's impugned order dated 25.04.2011 in Na Ka No.260/2010/A5 issued for recovery on pension and quash the same.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 14.07.2022 & 19.07.2022 & 01.03.2023 there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 03.03.2023 (today) under the caption ''for dismissal''. When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 03.03.2023 dpq Index :
