2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that certain connected matters in TOS.No.39 of 2011 and CS.No.202 of 2012 are pending at the stage of evidence. The learned counsel for the defendants in these Testamentary Original Suits seeks time to file written statement.
