This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the 3rd respondent to CBCID and to investigate the complaint dated 15.11.2022 which was pending on the file of respondent police in Crime No.396 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam . The same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.24 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent in Crime No.396 of 2022. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
