The present application is filed seeking stay of the ABC Rules, 2023 and also challenging the said Rules.

In fact, if the Rules have to be challenged, they have to be challenged by filing a petition and not by way of an application.

In the light of that, we close the present application with liberty to the applicant to assail the Rules in accordance with law. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
