The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(b), 4(1), 4(2)(c) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act in Crime No.367 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The earlier criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.26076 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail has been dismissed by this Court by an order dated 23.09.2025 on the following reasons:

"5.Taking into the fact that one previous case is pending against the petitioner similar in nature; that the statement of three victim girl who have also been recorded, implicated the petitioner herein and his overtact in the crime and hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this Criminal Original Petition."

Subsequently, the criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.31681 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail has been dismissed by an order 20.11.2025, as there was no change in circumstances in this petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been concluded and the final report is filed and yet to be taken on file. 4.

Heard the submissions made on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, gravity of offence, the fact that there is no change in the circumstances, and taking 2/4

note of the fact that the offence is serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
