ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 274, 275, 123 BNS 6 and 24 of COTPA Act, 2003 and Section 77 of JJ Act 2015 and Section 7 r/w 9(ii) TNPSS Act 2003 in Crime No.344 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

This is the fourth anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner and this Court has earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34928 of 2025 on 19.12.2025 for the following reasons: " 6. Considering the nature of the allegations and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of earlier anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Considering the facts of the case and earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.34928 of 2025 on 19.12.2025 however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
