There is no representation on the side of the appellants. Even on the last hearing date i.e. on 26.7.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellants. It is also informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the 1st appellant in both appeals as well as the respondent in both appeals are dead. No steps have also been taken by the appellants to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the respective deceased. It can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested to prosecute these Second Appeals. Accordingly, these Second Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
