A.No.367 of 2021 in C.S.No.20 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to implead the proposed respondents 3 to 7 as necessary party in the above suit.

2.Admittedly, the proposed respondents 3 to 7/defendants 3 to 7 are trustees of the suit Trust and also taking into account, the objection raised by the contesting respondent who filed the application to reject the plaint in the above suit and further stated that other trustees are not impleaded as necessary parties.

As the plaintiff/applicant has filed this application only to implead other trustees, this Court is of the view that they can be impleaded.

In view of the same, this application is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to permit the applicant / plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment and file amended plaint copy and after amendment, issue summons to the newly impleaded parties returnable by 27.11.2023.
