O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue Prameela for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It appears that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and handed over the custody to the parents of the detenue in Crime No.1765 of 2015. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court and her parents are also present before this Court. They stated that they are having the custody of the detenue.

3. Recording the above statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
