This petition has been filed to transfer of the case in M.C.No.01 of 2013 from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Tambaram and transfer to the file of any Family Court in Chennai for further enquiry, using video conferencing facility.

2. The Maintenance case is of the year 2013 and there is no scope to transfer the case at this length of time.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to dispose of MC.No.01 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
