Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. This Court in Crl.O.P.No.23134 of 2022 directed the respondent to file final report in Crime No.38 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the Order.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that investigation could not be completed and requested further six months for completion of investigation and filing final report.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent opposed extension of time.

5. Considering the request, this Court grants further two months time for completion of investigation and filing final report before the concerned court with due intimation to the respondent/de-facto complainant.
