ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR against the accused persons viz., Saravanan, Durai and Anbukkarasi based on his complaint dated 16.12.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation in this matter.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner lodged the complaint against the accused persons viz., Saravanan, Durai and Anbukkarasi, as early as on 16.12.2021 before the second respondent police, no action has been taken till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2021 has been received through post and to ascertain the veracity of the complaint, the presence of the petitioner is very much required.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the second respondent police on 11.02.2022.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 11.02.2022 along with required documents and thereafter the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
