ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, mother of the detenue Vaishnavi, aged about 16 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of her daughter, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4, before this Court and to set her at liberty. The detenue Vaishnavi has been produced by the 1st respondent police today. Petitioner/mother of the detenue is also present.

Detenue Vaishnavi has informed that owing to certain differences with her mother, the petitioner herein, she had taken up residence with one Malliga, whose house is near the Bus Stand at Anna Nagar, Sathyamangalam. Detenue specifically informed that respondents 3 and 4 had not, in any manner, conducted themselves wrongfully regards her and they had nothing to do with her staying at Sathyamangalam under the care and protection of the said Malliga. She is now willing to accompany her mother, petitioner herein, to her parental home. Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
