JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.T. SELVAM, J.] Learned counsel for appellant seeks permission of this Court to not press this appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said endorsement, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. However, taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has already been in custody for more that 31⁄2 years and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that of the learned Government Advocate, who submits that the trial proceedings is under way and examination of P.W.1 stands posted to 22.02.2018, this Court directs the learned Sessions Judge, Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore to dispose of the case in C.C..No.10 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this Order.
