O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.04.2013 given by her and further directing the respondents to issue patta in her name in accordance with law.

2.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted the land in question lies in Odai Poramboke and therefore, no patta can be issued to the petitioner.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I am of the view that the 2nd respondent can be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, which is pending from 18.04.2013, in accordance with law. In view of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
