Respondents Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for having wilful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.25251 of 2008 pronounced on 14.03.2013.

O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed against the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.25251 of 2008 dated 14.03.2013 where in this Court directed the respondents as under:- "Accordingly, the impugned orders are set aside and the petition is allowed remitting the matter back to the second respondent to conduct fresh enquiry only with the key witnesses and an opportunity of hearing to be afforded to the petitioner and such an exercise should be completed within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."

2. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the enquiry proceedings were again taken up by the disciplinary authority and the final order was passed by the disciplinary authority 30.10.2013, it is further clarified that a fresh enquiry was conducted by the respondents by giving opportunity to the petitioner. 3.Thus, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25251 of 2008 dated

14.03.2013, has been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication is required and if any grievance exist, the writ petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
