This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.234 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and to quash the charge sheet in respect of the petitioner/ A4.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendancy of this petition, the petitioner filed discharge petition and the same was dismissed. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed revision petition and the same was allowed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
