PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of attachment passed by the first respondent vide TRC.No.164/CDR dated 09.09.2011 insofar as relating to immovable property measuring an extent of 2.76 acres Agricultural Land in Survey No.15/3 and 14/3 of Kizhi Arungunam Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the second respondent to release the sale document to the petitioner herein registered as Document No.1400 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent dated 16.08.2012 For Petitioner :Mr.R.Nilavazhagan For Respondents: Mr.A.P.Srinivas, SSC
