Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1st respondent to produce the corpus of the detenue, by name, Kokilavani, aged about 27 years, from the illegal custody of respondents 2 to 4 before this Court and to set her at liberty. (Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Kokilavani, aged about 27 years, to cause production of her wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/husband of the detenue, respondents 3 and 4, who are mother and father of the detenue, are also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she married the petitioner Saravanan, who is also present before us and that they are leading their matrimonial life happily and she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner/husband of the detenue. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. vga Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-IV) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Inspector of Police, C-3 Seven Wells Police Station, Chennai-600 001.
