msr COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. In C.M.P.No.2675 of 2020, an order of interim stay was granted on 17.02.2020. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now . Hence, the interim order already granted by this court is made absolute. The CMP.No.2675 of 2020 is ordered accordingly.

3. In view of the order passed in CMP.No.2675 of 2020, CMP.No.19466 of 2022 seeking to vacate the interim stay granted on 17.02.2020 is hereby dismissed.
