Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the three pipeline connections at Pujangaraya Nallur Village, Aalathur Panchayat Union, Perambalur District, laid by the fourth respondent without any approval or permission from the third respondent in pursuance of the communication by the second respondent to the third respondent dated 9.2.2017 made in Na.Ka.No.A2/2052/2016 and based on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.1.2017 forthwith.
