PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.12.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.12.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent as early as on 25.12.2021 no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.12.2021 CSR No.210 of 2021 has been assigned and the summons were issued to the parties. He further submitted that the enquiry would be completed within a period of three weeks.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.12.2021, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition has been disposed of accordingly.
