This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 07.03.2015 submitted by the petitioner, duly investigate the same and prosecute the offenders in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, she has given a complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Vepery.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the first respondent police have not received the complaint.

5. Under such circumstances, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and give a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fresh complaint before the first respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
