The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to condone the lack of attendance of the petitioner in IV semester.
2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2013 and about seven years lapsed. Under these circumstances, the cause aroused lost its relevance, as the petitioner had completed the course long back.
