PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in para No.7 (b) & (c) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.31642 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025.

This petition has been filed to to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in para No.7 (b) & (c) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.31642 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions, imposed on them in the anticipatory bail petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that in order to comply with the conditions imposed on them, the petitioners have appeared before the Namakkal Town police Station, however the Inspector of Police, denied to take their signature.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thalaivasal Police Station/Respondent Police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks. The said condition will expire automatically on the 15th day.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
