The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2022.

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 21.12.2022 to the 2nd respondent for change of patta which stood in the name of the petitioner's father and mother to and in favour of the petitioner, as she claims that she is only entitled to the aforesaid property mentioned in the representation for which she is having documents. In order to consider the said representation, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the 2nd respondent Tahsildar would consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2022 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
