The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 09.06.2011 issued by the first respondent in Memo No.37/6422/E1/TNSTC (VPM)/2011 and also the order dated 09.06.2011 issued by the second respondent in Memo No.3728/P1/TNSTC (VPM)/KPM/2011, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to treat the period from 08.06.2011 to 19.06.2011 as leave with pay, award costs.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been transferred to some Page No.2 of 5

other place and she has no grievance against the respondents.
