This Court already by an order dated 04.01.2022 extended the time for a period of ten months in Crl.M.P.No.14399 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.32150 of 2012 to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer, Hon'ble Retired Judge Mr.Akbar Ali. Now, the petitioner filed this petition for further extension of time to settle the issue to the depositors.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that so far, out of 4 schemes, 2 schemes were settled and they have to settle remaining 2 schemes in coordination with other accused, for which they need some more time. Hence, he filed this petition to extend the time granted by this court.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner police herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of six months to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal officer Hon'ble Retire Judge Mr. Akbar Ali. Except that, the other conditions remain unaltered.
4. Post the matter on 09.08.2024 for reporting compliance. 09.02.2024 rpp 2/3
