Today, there is no representation on the side of the appellant. The learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents submitted that the sole appellant died as early as on 18.03.2010 as well as the first respondent died on 29.07.2013. Till date, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant and the first respondent.
